People are what make _space a family as well as a business. Our structure is broad with a culture where everyone has an input with a sense of ownership and responsibility. We treat each other with respect and act as one team.

 

There are certain attributes which go towards making a _space team member. What sets _space people apart are their values and a can do attitude. When new people join the team we recruit for attitude and train for skills.
