When

_space build was initially conceived as the construction management division of architectural firm, Waring and Netts. Following a request from a national retailer to respond to their preferred procurement approach, a new service was established under the name of Matrix.

In 2007, as part of the re branding and re organisation of the
_space group, _space build was established. With its own identity,
the service offer was able to develop and offer broader services to
a more diverse range of clients.

The team are now working on research and development programmes for national retailers and hoteliers across the UK.

We are also developing an increasing portfolio of smaller projects, including schools and hospitals, where our integrated approach is offering value with less risk.
